The fine print
The hotel will have a Christmas Eve Celebration on the 24th December night and A New Years Eve Celebration on 31st December 2023. There would be an additional supplement to be paid if staying during these 2 nights as these are compulsory supplement.The Christmas Eve Supplement will cost USD 120 for 2 people if your booking is on room only or breakfast included or USD 80 if you have booked on half board or full board. This rate includes a Dinner Buffet for 2 adults and a Bottle of Wine. We would also be having a DJ and will be having fireworks on the beach.The New Years Eve Supplement will cost USD 140 for 2 people if your booking is on room only or breakfast included or USD 120 if you have booked on half board or full board. This rate includes a Dinner Buffet for 2 adults and a Bottle of Wine. We would also be having a DJ, A Cultural show and will be having fireworks on the beach.The Above rate is for 2 adults and will need to be paid at check-in. Children between 5 to 12 years will only be charged 50% of one adults rate for the supplement.Please note there is no heating in the private pools.

The rooms were spacious, the food was tasty, and the overall hospitality was exceptional. In particular, Mr. Laksiri's care for their guests is outstanding.

The staff and place were fantastic. Going above and beyond for our family. The staff even posted out something we left in our room during our stay. I can't recommend this place enough if you want to relax and feel truly taken care of.

Our stay was absolutely faultless and we had an amazing time at Ayana Sea, we did splash out and booked one of the Premier King Ocean View villas with a plunge pool and bath but it was completely worth it and exceeded our expectations! Absolutely everything was perfect for a nice relaxing end to our Sri Lankan trip. The town of Wadduwa was a short walk away which had ATM’s, shops etc and we strolled back via the beach and talked to very friendly locals along the way. The drive back to the airport took about 1 hour 20mins and was by far the best stretch of road we saw in Sri Lanka!! All of the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were all lovely people, we were very sad to leave!

The terrace was amazing. Lots of comfortable places to sit and watch the sun go down. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious as were the towels and robes. The sizzling fish platter was a real highlight of our holiday and the lunch surprisingly delicious.

We had an amazing stay with the place almost to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and the rooms was clean. The main attraction was the food though, we booked with breakfast nad dinner included and it was better than expected.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Beachfront property. Pool is usable at all times as it is shaded by coconut trees 😍 Service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and special mention of Executive Chef Lalith who was at the forefront of the restaurant service. Food was high quality, but a but a bit pricey. All in all an excellent place to relax.
