Location, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and best of all was Minh, who was truly, genuinely helpful, calm, collected and spoke fairly good English which was great for me. He works so hard and really knows how to look after guests. He is exceptional! Thank you for all your help Minh, especially when I almost flooded the bathroom on my first evening! I was very happy to be able to wash and dry my clothes, as travelling with so few clothes and the humidity being so high and sweating a lot so nothing stays clean for long. Also although my friends stayed in a different place in the end as we weren’t fully sure we could bring the dog, as some hotels say they accept dogs and when you book they then say no, we didn’t know if Coco Homestay really did allow dogs for sure, we couldn’t take the chance and had to book a separate place, but safe to say that the owner of Coco I’m told loves dogs and you really can bring your furry friend.
