Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The location is great. They advised us on the different location and attraction nearby. You also have the possibility to rent motorbike or bike there, even if you can also walk nearby as there are lots of restaurants and spas around. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was ok, but they can improve the taste of salty food. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are amazing, they do more than they should to meet your needs, we wanted oats one morning and the young man at the reception cycled to a shop to get it for us. The property is very new and clean.

The room was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. (On the harder side) We reveived a free upgrade and the view was amazing and the room was beautifully lit. The staff is very friendly and funny and we could rent motorcycles and bikes without a problem. They even threw a christmas party for their guest on the 24th!

On arrival we received a welcome drink as well as a map. The front desk spoke English and explained the different activities. The location is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Tam Coc and perfect for peaceful sleep. Had the best experience due to the warm and professional staff. Thank you.

Anh at the front desk was an absolute legend. Rooms were clean, spacious and facilities were great. Highly recommend. Hired a motorbike and got washing done - quick and easy.

Brand new property in short walking distance from Tam Coc. Anh was super helpful and organised. Great facilities , arranged bikes and motorbike for us to rent aswell as going laundry. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. Also great view of sunset.

it was a great location. out of the hussel and bussel of the city centre. close to cafe and restaurants. bikes to use, with attractions close by. Staff were amazing and friendly..
