Rooms are spotless, the location is a short grab from the main town but is metres away from great attractions like the heritage trail and pagoda

Great service !Dora support us with information and helpful advise. Also was it possible to Rent scooters . Laundry is also possible After our stay Support Dora us also,because we forgot Something . The rooms was very new and Clean .For breakfast got it fresh eggs and Toast . We will come Back

We had an amazing stay at Tam Coc Friends Bungalow. Set in a stunning location, out of town but only a 15 min walk in or a quick bike ride. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Bikes available for hire, very cheap. Breakfast was simple yet tasty. Dora was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Arranging taxis, trips and even offering help when I wasn’t well! We highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!

Very good place for visiting the sights in Ninh Binh, extremely friendly team, fine pool for cooling you down and a pool billiard if you like to to something different than looking into your smartphone ;-)

The property was in excellent condition, in a stunning location and had great facilities. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff that were always very friendly and doing everything they could to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Dora in particular was very helpful throughout and was extremely accommodating. We would definitely come back here!

Excellent location just outside of tam coc centre, quiet surroundings, great facilities and the staff are fantastic and very helpful/friendly. Would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location outside of town right next to picturesque rice paddies. The property has a small swimming pool and rooms are dotted in amongst pretty gardens. Rooms are spacious with a lovely hot shower and comfortable beds. Dora was so helpful in arranging taxis & telling us about the local sights. We didn’t go for the whirlwind tour of everything in a day. Instead we hired bicycles from the property and did things at a leisurely pace over 3 days.
