“Very Welcoming Caring Family, Starring Small Hosts”

Centrally located in Ninh Binh host was very helpful giving us a lot of tips. Motorcycle rental available at the property for a good price. The host let us know that its best to go in the morning to witness the water lilies opening (the biggest attraction in the area). The room is perfect with the availability of small kitchen facilities. We wanted to extend for 1 night however the guest house was fully booked. The smallest host of the house kept us company till our bus came to pick us up :)

We had a great time here, the host is very friendly and enthusiastic, the location is very close to the vibrant Tam Coc center, you just need to walk a few steps to have everything, highly recommend this accommodation

Great location: close to everything but very quiet. Owners are the best, very kind and helpfull with everything. Clean, nice room and nice breakfast. I recommend it!!!!

The room is very beautiful and spacious, the best host is the best, very friendly and always helps when needed. The atmosphere of the house is very peaceful but has everything around. Wi-Fi is very strong.

The room was very spacious and clean. The aircon was working properly and it had a fan. There was a kettle and refrigerator in our room. The location is near the shops and places to eat - you can walk.
