Clean, comfortable and friendly. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is simple but good. We borrowed their bikes for two days. We had our laundry done. VND 40k/kg..

Absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful homestay, lovely, cosy and clean rooms. The owner was very accommodating and welcoming and also helpful. The place is close to the all venues in Tam coc but also secured from the noisy and touristic area. But in walking distance to everywhere. At the same time you can get quite sleep. Bike and motorbike available, no need to chase any other rentals. Loving it. Can only recommend.

Beautiful, relaxing Homestay. The host is so friendly and hospital and will help you out with any tour, bus or booking you need and even drop you to your bus stop! Room was immaculate, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is great and all other extras like laundry, free bicycle hire are readily available. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily recommend it .

Excellent homestay! Couldn't recommend this place more. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs and pancakes. Lovely staff also, very helpful in getting us bus tickets and motorbike rental! The rooms were clean, comfortable and the homestay is in a great location for exploring Tam Coc.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious, shower very hot and great pressure. Location was very close to the lake and about a 7 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast included (more about that below). The bathroom having a heater was a very nice added touch.

Everything. Location is great, delicious breakfast and probably the most adorable staff we had in Vietnam. They allowed us to stay at the pool the entire afternoon while we wait for the bus. Moreover, the bedroom was big and cozy with the most comfortable mattress of the trip. I would definitely recommend it.

For the price you pay, the property is really lovely. The pool is great, the bikes came in useful, the rooms are pretty nice. The hosts are very lovely - I got sick (from a restaurant) and they made me plain rice and checked in on me. Breakfast was fine - check other reviews to see what was offered as we had to request pancakes specially The location is great, total privacy but at most 10 minutes on foot from the centre

Very good stay in Tom Coc, this homestay is in the Alley, but very close to the shops and restaurants. We stayed at the family room with 2 large king beds, a balcony with nice view, and the breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh fruits and bread, definitely enough amount for more than a person can eat(a lots). We didn’t use the pool since it was cold weather, but the vibes were good. Hao is such helpful, she grew up in the area and always has warm greeting when she saw us.

Lovely and friendly family. We felt so welcomed! Free bicycles for exploring and free breakfast every morning was a bonus! Loved our time here!

The most AMAZING stay! We ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much. Beds were so comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit, juices, eggs and bread, cooked to order. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful with organising a bus for us to our onwards destination, as well as driving us to the bus. The hosts also offer a laundry service which was great and sorted out motorbike hire for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will be recommending it to everyone!!
