The room was very clean, well equipped (even with a real coffee machine), with a beautiful sea view and a lovely balcony. The staff were very helpful and kind. They provided us with snacks and refreshments upon arrival (and refill of coffee and cookies during our stay). Super hosts!

This place lives by it’s name: Filoxenia = hospitality. It’s all in the details which were lovely. The apartment was extremely well taken care of. It had a lot of extra’s like fresh fruit, biscuits, coffee/tea etc etc. The place is very charmingly decorated and simply has a lovely atmosphere. I needed to leave the airco on because of medication that needs to be a certain temperature and they said it was not a problem. Price quality ratio was great. Place was soundproof. We absolutely hope to come back at this gem. Thanks also to the lively mother that we met everyday.

I loved the property and the owners were fabulous. And ohhh the sea view from the second floor studio. The studio is spacious and equipped with everything you’ll need short or long term stay -a comfortable bed to a well stocked kitchen to nice bathroom soaps. I appreciated the seamless checkin, use of a washing machine, attention to detail such as different type of lighting in the room. The studio is meticulously clean. It’s situated in a quiet area a couple of minutes walk to a fabulous beach, no sun beds but a tree does nicely. The owner upon my departure drove me to the port as no taxis were available. This is not per se a dislike since the property was wonderful. But I recommend renting transportation so you have easy access to the island and restaurants if that’s your thing.

This was our third visit to Leros, and we fell in love with Leros again, and with Filoxenia Studio. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality, which set the tone for a truly memorable visit. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the well-thought-out equipment in the rooms to the exceptionally clean environment, made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the beautiful sunrise from the balcony each morning. The serene view was not only breathtaking but also deeply healing; a perfect start of each day. Thank you so much Mikes, and Mikes’ mama for providing such wonderful environment for the guests. We look forward to returning in the future!
