This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms being cleaned every day. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service and overall experience exceeded our expectations!

Great hotel with client-oriented staff. Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

We had really nice 4 days family relaxation in there. Accommodation was great, spa and wellness facilities as well. Couple of saunas to choose from. Relax massage was also good and my wife also took some massage and face treatment. The prices were also ok. We had half board ( breakfast and dinner) it was buffet and the food was really amazing. Good variety and plenty to choose from.

Odlican izbor hrane, udobni kreveti u sobama, otvoreni bazen sa termalnom vodom je prelepo iskustvo,narocito ako ste tamo tokom zime i kupate se napolju dok je spoljasnj temperatura u minusu.

Everything was great, one remark is that the water in the indoor pool is not warm enough!!!! The outdoor pools were closed. The rooms are clean.

Odlicna lokacija ,Ljubezen personal,cisti i golemi sobi,komotni kreveti.Hranata mnogu vkusna.Vodata vo vnatresniot bazen ne bese dovolno zagreana ,mozebi zatoa sto nemase mnogu gosti.Nadvoresnite dva bazeni koi se spoeni so vnatresniot ne rabotea.Rabotese samo mineralniot.Pijalocite vo barot so dosta visoki ceni osobeno vinoto.

The hotel was clean and we saw cleaners working everyday. The pools were very nice, especially the mineral spring one. The food was very good and the dinner and breakfast were varied enough that you got to try new things and it wasn't boring. The location is great as well; adjacent to the park and center.
