the amazing host was very kind and always available whenever we needed something. happy to give us informations and answer all our question. amazing breakfast, it wasn’t included but we were more than happy to pay extra, really tasteful.

Our host Veljko was incredibly sweet! We had a late arrival but that was no problem. He stayed up and greeted us with key and info. The breakfast was incredible! We got a nice big room, with comfortable beds. The room was booked to have a good starting point for visiting the Plitvice lakes so we only spent one night and the morning until checkout at 10. In hindsight we'd have loved to stay for two nights. It would have been a great spot to also chill out after a full day of hiking in the national park.

Breakfast was rich and very tasty. We loved the window blinds, that made the room very dark in the night and also prevented any noise from being heard inside, so we slept really well although there is a busy road next to the house. Spacious rooms with enough furniture. Balcony with a nice view. The owner drove us to (and back from) Plitvice lakes for a fee, visit of which was the main purpose of our stay here (as a stop-over on our way to the coast by train). We were also driven to the station at the end of our stay (for free), which was very welcome. If you travel by train, better ask the owner to pick you up. It seems like a rather short walk, but it can be unpleasant due to the very busy road. All in all really pleasant experience that we can recommend.
