Perfect location,house with private beach. Beautiful yard with outdoor kitchen. Sun-beds and chairs are next level with stunning view. We enjoyed every single moment.

Amazing knee-deep sea hundreds of meters in front of the studios, you can walk "on water" and reach the sand islands in front and deeper waters to swim. Great comfy garden where you can hang out peacefully all day and night, watching stars and listening to silence. A small heaven.

All is very clean, every day you get new towels and room cleaning. Location is next to the best beach for kids. Livari is great with all what one family needs for holiday. Owners are really pleasant people what is very important when you go on type of accomodation like this.

Paradise Found: Beautiful Views and Authentic Charm This accommodation offered the perfect combination of relaxation and exploration. Crystal-clear waters lapped at the nearby beach, with shallow areas perfect for wading and deeper sections ideal for swimming. All the while, the majestic Mount Athos dominated the horizon, its peak brushing the clouds. A delightful breeze kept us cool, and with several other beaches just a 15-minute drive away, we were spoilt for choice. The charming little Greek town of Agios Nikolaos was just a few minutes' stroll from our doorstep. Here, we experienced an unforgettable authentic Greek night, complete with perfect music and delicious food. The town offered boat rentals, which you may use to explore the nearby island of Diaporos. For a livelier atmosphere, Nikiti, with its bustling promenade bathed in the warm hues of sunset, was also within easy reach.

The garden it s nice. The sea is worm and not deep at all. Great for kids. The owners are very discrete.
