Staff were very welcoming, they made everything easy. Also gave good info about visiting Volterra. Room was very clean, WiFi was good.

This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful & spacious room! Sara made us feel very welcome and I loved that the property had such a warm, charming & inviting feeling. We chose this lovely accommodation based on its proximity to Volterra & the Andrea Bocelli concert. We were a quick & easy drive away from both which made this the perfect location for us! Our room was equipped with excellent airconditioning and we slept very well. The Wi-fi was also very good and worked perfectly! We absolutely loved this stay and hope to return again! Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so comfortable.

I have to commend the fabulous Deborah, who was so genuinely welcoming and helpful. A rare gem. Loved the location. We had dinner and breakfast, which was lovely. We stayed here for Andrea Bocelli concert. Thank you from a grateful Irish couple....

Very nice atmosphere in this Locanda. The staff is lovely and you can have breakfast and meals "à la carte" if you wish to eat on site (and on the terrace, depending on the weather). The cheese is delicious, don't miss it. The room I had was spacious and I found the bed comfortable. Bathroom is basic but clean and functional. Easy parking and the lovely city Volterra is 10 min away by car. An hour on foot if you take the pathway just next to the hotel. To conclude, I recommend it and I'll definitely go back there if I visit again the region.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Quiet area with lots of walks around. Very welcoming to our two dogs.
