Unaware a school group was booked into the hotel. Excited young people ran around Level 3, banging on doors, shouting, screaming out until 2am. Never heard an adult or a teacher ask them to be quiet for other guests, it was like they had full run of the hotel. For a disabled unit the bed was extremely low and hard and the toilet was positioned very badly.

Great hotel, very nice room with beautiful view of the city and the sea! The location is literally the best, everything is in 5 min radius. Also bonus breakfast! Great experience overall!

Great location, close to everything yet not on a busy road. Beautiful sea view! Very comfortable bed, warm cover and comfy pillows. Overall - perfect for a stay in Volos. Breakfast is good as well, would recommend this hotel for any traveler! Ah important - it’s very warm in the room! Which is rare for Greek hotels.

The view of the room was the whole coastline and sea promenade of Volos - unbeatable view! The room is nice, only the bathroom is a bit small. The beds are OK. The breakfast was very good. The shopping area of Volos is just around the corner and there are many restaurants and cafes on the promenade, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a good value for money! The parking is 6 min walk, either inside the harbor, or on the street opposite to the harbor. There is another paid parking nearby on the main traffic street. Don't leave your car on the side street near the hotel - that is not a parking area, and we saw how car plates are taken down from cars that parked there.

A wonderful hotel! We were passing through Volos, and the hotel’s location is excellent - everything is nearby: restaurants, the port, and the bus station. The reception staff were fantastic and polite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The value for money is excellent.
