Good communication from the owner , staff were very friendly , the master bedroom was very clean and comfortable and bathrooms good. The living room area was good with chairs and a table. The kitchen had a gas hob , pan and frying pan from memory and a good big fridge. A few dishes and mugs etc. Good info on where to get supplies and order in groceries or order take out , that is really useful. If you’re doing safari , Msherembe are excellent and very affordable , on Google and Steve is very good! Definitely support local if you can. Contact is 07278 76831 Owner was very helpful especially as we had to sort travel out of Voi and the train was all booked up. They helped us sort out where to go to get a bus to Nairobi. I would definitely recommend booking the train though if you can it’s way more comfortable and fast and affordable! If you have to get a bus you need to get a taxi to the petrol stations on the main highway. The bus websites are very confusing and not clear about stopping times etc.

The check in and check out was seamless. The internet was good the apartments were clean and very spacious and the view from the balcony (5th floor) was very nice.

Very happy to find Hillsview when our hotel in Voi had misplaced our reservations. The owners reacted quickly to accomodate our last minute reservation and were very communicative. I wish we had known about this place when we were in Voi for a week last month. It's perfect. Modern apartment, two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, short walk to the center of town but away from the traffic. Highly recommended!.
