the rooms are the only nice thing in this over priced place with worst service. The intention is good but they will have to improve a lot. The location is literally at the main road and the beach at the other side is not a good one.. There is nothing to walk to. The staff must be trained urgently especially at the bar restaurant. Sorry for those comments but this is how we experienced it. The premises are very nice and the rooms too but that is all.

Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The food they serve there was priced reasonable and very good. Hotel itself was very luxurious and clean!

Brand new and clean, nice staff and swimming pool, comfortable beds, view to mountain was ok and it was calm side + morning sun came to balcony that side. Calm location compered to closer to city. Staff spoke good English. Very beautiful sunset in the beach front of the hotel.

Very comfortable and beautiful rooms with balcony and nice views. Good and nicely decorated restaurant. Beautiful pool. We loved it here. You need a car for this location.

The hotel in itself is beautiful and amazing! The staff are caring and welcoming and went above and beyond for their guests! Could not fault anything! Everything was so clean and modern and so quiet which we really enjoyed. The lady at the reception on the night we arrived was so kind to have prepared us something to eat as their kitchen had already closed and we were hungry, but the fact that she took the time to prepare us something really showed that she cared! Couldn’t fault the hotel for anything, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The hotel is superb, spotless and well equipped for our needs. Bella is amazing and helpful beyond what we would normally expect. The guys running the bar and restaurant not far behind in their customer service. Short walk to a small beach. Easy access to Vlore without being in the thick of it.

The hotel is excellent we stayed 7 nights mid October the staff go above and beyond to help with any needs and the hotel was so clean . Exceeded my expectations ( and the bed was SO comfortable)
