On the day of arrival, we were notified that they were overbooked. They had prepared with a solution, which were good for us, so it all worked out fine. In general very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area (music a bit too loud). Close to city center with restaurants, shops etc.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, much better than what I thought and great for a night. The room was extremely comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was the best, really great. The breakfast was buffet style and good. The location isn't the best as that part of the beach is just ok but you are very close to the rest of the beach and the long promenade.

Booked in last minute to shelter from the floods and take advantage of their power/generator when the electricity went out! The staff were very patient and helpful and it was very comfortable.

The staff were really friendly especially the waiters from the restaurant- thank you for your hospitality. . Comfortable beds too and quiet a decent size balcony. Market very close by. The other bars and restaurants are within 20 min walking too.

The staff at the Kraal Hotel are among the loveliest I have come across. From the front desk to the cleaners, they are all lovely. I received prompt support from the staff even before making a decision to book the hotel and I never regreted it. The breakfast options were equally great, with the melons being one of the sweetests and juiciest I have come across. Kraal Hotel is a gem in Vlorë I recommend every traveller to stay at while visiting.
