Breakfast was ok, very good cakes. The staff is very kind and accommodating, bed is clean and view is on the forest. It is highest mountain of south Tuscany and has some nice hikes to do.

I was blown away by the breakfast. There were two choices. First off was Italian: a cornetto, marmalades, bread, orange juice and cappuccino. Of you could opt for "Continental" which meant almost anything else including; prosciutto, cheese, bread, fresh eggs (scrambled, fried, whatever), yogurt, orange juice, cappuccino and other things I have forgotten. One of the best breakfasts (included in the room price) that I've ever had at an Albergo. The entire staff were helpful, friendly and professional. When I reserved the room I expected something normal, but instead I got something really nice. It's simple, no frills, but it has everything it should have and more.

It was fabulous. Especially Danielle who reminded me that professional and genuinely attentive waiting staff still exist and Alma with her ever so welcoming reception. She made us feel at home. All the staff were attentive and professional. Food was delicious. Loved the Pici. The homemade cakes were great. Room was meticulously clean. The location was fabulous near to ski slopes and easily accessible to other areas of the mountains. Great parking.
