“A much needed break from the day to day hassle”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We even got to meet Philipp, the chef of PRISMA. The room was spacious, clean and nicely designed. We've especially enjoyed the glass covered dining area, on which we had an in-room dinner on a rainy day. We've had a mountain view, but I'd recommend the lake view rooms. A tad more quiet and a simply stunning view.
