Staff politness, big clean rooms. They arranged all 3 rooms together for our big family. Fast and slow car charger options just outside of the hotel from Iberdrola.

I stay at this hotel three or four times a year and for the first time am going to rate is down from my normal 5* rating. Each time I stay there I rate it the maximum for everything with the exception of speed of check in which is consistently what lets it down. It's needlessly slow and frustrating even after booking ahead and being a frequent guest.

Breakfast was diverse with a lot to choose from. All fresh and tasty products. Location was a bit of a let down, but still had a nice restaurant that stays open till late.

I found the breakfast very good the room was excellent very warm at all times extra large rooms the only problem not the hotel fault there is no evening meal the restaurant across the road is ok for beer and drinks but i did not like the food however it is always a personal preference I am very fussy

I agree with the man who uses the hotel for trips between ferry and Portugal, perfect position just off the motorway. Good value and very good cafeteria over the road.

It was ideally placed for a stopover. Although the location was a bit barren, it was very close to an excellent bar/cafe, and to the main road South. Also breakfast was included
