Anvar is the man! Nice and welcoming. His brother is also a great guy. They invited me to coffee with their friends after two minutes of talking. That is what I call hospitality. The apartment is amazing. Great view and clean. It has everything you need including the kitchen sink.

I had one unforgettable experience at the apartment with a panoramic view in Visoko. The hostess was adorable, caring and kind. The apartment has everything one needs to feel just at home. Everything is arranged in a classic Balkan manner. It was neat and clean, cozy and spacious. The balcony offers an incredible panoramic view of the Balkans, everything is at the palm of your hand. I could just as well dream that I am a bird flying over the hills, the valleys and rivers. The Ravne park is nearby, the city is close as well. You have a very good road towards the pyramid and I can tell you that the journey is just as exciting as the final destination. You will be able to see beautiful houses hidden in the pristine forest and again spectacular views. The city is very hospitable and offers cuisine options, supermarkets at a near reach and very warm people who would exchange a word with you. Sarajevo is also quite nearby. Walking from the house to the train station and then arriving at the central station in Sarajevo is 1 hour and 15 minutes in total. You also have great towns nearby. Travnik is one example where you could enjoy the best meat fingers (cevape) (at the Hari restaurant), a beautiful fortress and the birth house (museum) of Nobel prize winner Ivo Andric. For me a as a person coming from the Balkans, this atmosphere was not new to me. Nevertheless, I felt just like home, just where I was born and I was embraced with love and kindness. The host family is more than welcoming and loves to share advice with you on what you could visit, what new you could try and most importantly have a little chat with you. I am more than impressed with the hospitality offered there. I received more than what I expected in terms of the piece and serenity I needed. I will be surely visiting the place again where I left more than just memories.
