We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is super comfortable, in a great location. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. They have a restaurant just below serving very delicious tapas.

I had a late check-in, so had to call the staff to be able to enter the hotel and room. But everything went well, administrator spoke English and the room was clean and bright, a little bit small, but the price is great for the center of Viseu.

The location is excellent. Next door to the beautiful old town (5minutes walk) where some of the magnificent historical buildings are! Big spacious rooms! (bedroom and living room!). Very clean! Lovely cafe in front of the apartment, plenty of choices of tasty Portuguese breakfast! Easy and fast communication! We where welcome by the owner, very cheerful and polite!

Paulo met me outside when I arrived by bicycle after 8 p.m. He provided the key to room and quick information for my stay as he was also working in his restaurant. He even allowed me to store my bicycle in the small entrance. What a nice welcoming host after a long hard ride. The room was very tasteful and clean with nice double bed and large bathroom. Not the most modern but simply elegant and practical with a wonderful hospitality. Also a very nice location to downtown.
