The breakfast was just amazing, especcialy home made yoghurt and smotties. The hotel is very nice as well as the stuff. We will come back.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from the woman on reception who was very helpful when advising us where to eat in the evening. The hotel has been beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good with a really good selection of cereals, yoghurts and cheeses. We both agreed it was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had.

The hotel is new, very nicely decorated and super comfortable beds. Nadine was very nice, welcoming and enthusiastic. We felt very welcome and at ease. The breakfast was divine! Not only was there a lot of choice but it was all of the best quality and nicely presented.

The property is brand new, featuring a clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Vipiteno city center and several local restaurants. Although we didn’t end up needing a cot bed for our child, the owners kindly provided one and even upgraded us to a larger room.

Our experience at this apartment was a highlight on our 6 week European trip. Our apartment overlooking a snowy River was amazing with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed and beautiful shower. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful during our 3 day stay, even while managing a new born child. We were very impressed. Also a special mention is needed of the beautifully presented breakfast each morning. It was a feast for the eyes with special smoothies made for us each day. Great stay.

Great location in the centre of Sterzing. Sole is a new hotel in a lovely and charming town and is 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful owner, who interacted with us and all the other guests. Really nice and unique breakfast with local produce -the owners’ only concern was that we may not have eaten enough of it!

Great location right in the center of the Old Town and just a few steps away from some great restaurants. Room immaculately clean and stylish, bonus points for the little river roaring outside all night, how relaxing! Helpful and staff and tasty breakfast chock full of local products.
