Easy to reach, super clean, the staff is totally kind and ready to help, there is a lovely pizzeria just few meters from it, in case one does not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The rooms have all the amenities expected in a 3* Hotel.

4 persons room, quite big, with kitchen area: induction stove, microwave, some plates, forks and big balcony with impressive mountain view. Walk-in shower and bidet in bathroom. Own parking spot in underground garage. All of it makes it very comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located and short walk to main street/square. Older hotel but with renovated rooms which were nice. No air conditioning and no fans resulted in arriving to very hot room. Cooled off a bit at night with windows open but still uncomfortably warm. Drunk group outside woke us up in middle of night but with a/c the windows would have been closed. Parking was included but initially advised there was cost for that. Also no room fridge to keep drinks cool. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty with lots of selection. Had to wait for coffee as staff busy and not self serve. Cost for hotel was quite high (highest of any for our stay in Europe) and believe it was not worth what we paid. Good stay but lack of a/c or even fan really lessened experience. Vipiteno was also very quiet with not much going on. Would have likened live music or other entertainment.
