Excellent staff and facilities. A mention of reception staff Mrs. Hai and Miss Chi very good, helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Vu the driver great and careful, with to and from station and trip to Uncle Ho's village . Good dinner and okay breakfast

Hotel supplied what it said it would. Clean, well presented and everything in the room worked. Major roadworks going on out front so it was noisy and dusty but that is not the fault of the hotel.
