I would like to highly recommend this motel for everyone who looking nice clean and comfortable place to stay in Vinh Hy. The owner is very helpful , friendly and kind person . The price is adequate to the quality of the place. Anyone visiting Phan Rang should go to Vinh Hy. The bus costs only 30k Dong and takes less than an hour. beautiful bay with azure water creates beautiful views that you can look at from the restaurant floor while drinking coconut or other delicious drinks over eating a delicious seafood dinner at an exceptionally good price. you can't miss it.
