The guest has the option to clean the villa themselves (cleaning products provided) or you can request housekeeping service at an extra charge.Strictly no extra guests are permitted at the premises. If there are more people present at the premises automatically security deposit will not be refunded as this puts our property and other guests at risk.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Vincentia is a good place to stay at Jervis bay. It is centrally located to most attractions and beaches. Nice, quiet suburb. The accommodation was quite basic and just enough. Lots of open area around the unit.

The property was clean and comfortable, bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Location was peaceful within walking distance to the beach. Amenities were simple and adequate with all cleaning materials supplied. Contact with host was an easy experience.

Good basic inexpensive accommodation providing us with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, convenient, safe location with a beautiful view of the bay and some awesome sunrises. You might have to pay a $400 bond when you arrive, which was refunded at checkout. Paying the bond was a minor inconvenience for such a good the location with everything at the doorstep. Well worth it. Loved the choice of different beaches very close and easy to get to. Plus there's a Coles up the road, two amazing cafes, and a bakery. The property manager was very hospitable and easy to talk to. He happily answered any questions and shared information about Jervis Bay. It was our first time in the area and he suggested the best places to check out to make the most of our time there. We'll definitely go back and say there again.
