The hotel is fantastic, with everything designed very delicately and perfectly. The room is very beautiful and fully equipped with amenities. The kids' club and gym are fantastic, and there's an indoor heated swimming pool. The staff is extremely attentive, the restaurant is luxurious and the food is delicious. I truly don't understand why some people give this hotel low review scores. 10/10

Excellent parking, initial welcome and offer to carry bags from our car was superb. Check in and explanation about all services was spot on. Bar service and snacks was excellent if a little slow.

We loved our stay here - a 10 minute Uber into Épernay for tastings. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best buffet we’ve had. Room was so spacious and comfortable - excellent AC. Loved having room service. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lovely walks around the vineyards! Would definitely stay again.
