The place was pretty quiet and clean. The apartment is not that close to the subway station, but we could walk within 10min and there were supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The price was fair and I would come back.

Comfortable beds, quite nights - so we could sleep well. The room has perfect size, a lot of storage places for clothes and cosmetics. Many electricity points and nice lamps. It's warm in the inside. There was a kitchen and some supplies (knives, forks, cups, plates, pan, wine opener etc.) There was also a microwave. There could be more cups. At the breakfast there are some fruits everyday, good coffee and tasty yoghurts (other things are carbs but you can cook in your room). The building looks quite modern.

Breakfast was good. Location was not very good because there was a long walk to metro station. Otherwise the property was very nice.

Manuel and Joel were very helpful, gave a discount on Laundry services. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh ciabatta rolls everyday, croissants and chocolate pastry on Fridays. Coffee and Fruit drinks to complete an excellent breakfast.

The property was very clean and modern it had everything that we was wanting there in order to enjoy our stay in Paris. The double bed was very comfortable and the wifi was very good too. This helped us with checking excursions and the flights back to the Uk.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's also cheap and provides really good value for money. There's a gym and breakfast on the ground floor. The gym is well equipped for a light workout. The metro station is at 10 mins walk which makes going into the city very easy. I will definitely visit again for this budget.

The breakfast is included and good. The building looks new, and the furnitures in the room are also new and well.
