Great location to walk down to the beach and in to town. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a park with afternoon sun. Has a lovely shaded park across the road with playground for children and areas for a picnic. Also a lovely café downstairs on side road.

Great location for exploring the city centre, night life and very close to central stations (bus and Train). Decent room size, clean, staff very helpful and friendly.
