Isabel the host was helpful and gave excellent instructions to find. Room was spotless, well located and good finishes. I left my makeup kit behind and as I rushed back form train to get it, they were already trying to alert me. Excellent customer service

The breakfast was adequate..the first breakfast the waiter was miserable. However the next day the waitress was helpful and very accommodating.
