Wonderful location with sweeping views of the countryside, San Marino and the coast from our room. Excellent freshly prepared breakfasts. Restaurant serves great pizzas! Very friendly staff.

The B and B was clean and straightforward, decorated in fresh and modern colours (maybe not to everyone's taste). The staff were helpful, particularly the manager. At busy times it could take a little longer to get their attention but it was then worth it as the food was good, particularly the home-made and wood fire oven cooked pizzas. Please note that the B and B also run a bar below which can mean a source of noise together with it being on a road, albeit secondary. The B and B is located in a very attractive area, close to the attractions of Carpegna, Acqualagna, San Marino (only 30 mins away), Urbino and other attractions like castles and monasteries. I believe skiing is available in the winter.

The hospitality is amazing. The property has a restaurant that serves hot , fresh ,tasty and wide variety of food even late night. It is kids friendly place.
