A nice hotel full of character and charm. Pleasant, if limited, bar snacks. Excellent breakfast. The hotel was nice and warm.

The room was nice, comfortable and modern (it was the new wing) and had lift access. Guests have access to the amazing historic murals and tile works in the centuries-old convent. The town was small but interesting to walk around

Location right next to Paco Ducal is great. Pousada itself is worth of a sight seeing tour.

A wonderful, historic building in an interesting town. An excellent choice at breakfast. The public rooms were very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and had plenty of storage. Friendly and efficient staff.

Very comfortable bed, parking, AC, good hot shower, amazing breakfast that even included champagne as a beverage choice. The pool was nice but a little small for the overall size of the place. There are historic elements (not restored) if you ask about them.

Right next door to the Palace, free parking inside and outside the Pousada grounds, excellent WiFi speed (considering the thick walls) Very spacious rooms, separate wardrobe and armchairs corners, plenty of English speaking channels on the TV, central heating in the room worked well. Entire hotel was warm with fireplaces in the several lounges. Complimentary bottle of water daily. Easy walk into town centre and good choice of restaurants that were opened despite middle of winter. Close excess to the Armoury & Hunting museums (very impressive) and Castle.
