Wow, wow, wow! We would need to change all of our past reviews of other hotels, because after staying here, nothing ever will come close (we will keep trying though). The staff was the most friendly, thoughtful and taking care of every wish. They also recommended incredible places for port wine tasting, dinners and more. We loved the free upgrade to a room with balcony and river view and the goodies and drinks provided in the room. Even though the food was incredible everywhere, we kept coming back to the Bello rooftop bar because of the wonderful service, food and drinks. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was amazing. The spa was very relaxing, we loved the pool and massages. Not a single thing we would change about this stay. It was the best holiday, and we travelled to many places. Thank you for this amazing time we had! We will be back for sure, and also try other hotels of the Bomporto Hotels.

We love everything about the property! It has a great view of Porto from our balcony and the interiors are super stylish. We especially loved the mini bar which is well curated with local snacks as souvenirs for us to take home (at a very reasonable cost). The hotel also provided a well designed map with recommendations which we relied on to plan our trip around. Rebello’s attention to details highlights their commitment in providing the best experiences in Porto for their guests.

AMAZING hotel! The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming to my husband and I and our two dogs. We stayed in fabulous suite that exceeded our expectations. We have never stayed in such a large hotel suite before and it was stunning. The outdoor patio was amazing. Having 1.5 bathrooms also a lovely touch. We also appreciated the small luxury touches, such as robes, slippers, luxury bath products, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was a mix of buffet and made to order items. The rooftop cocktail bar was really lovely and the drinks delish. We will 100% be back!

The breakfast location is excellent and the available meal very good - the hot breakfast option could have been served at a hotter temperature but was still good

excellent location with fabulous view on the city and river Duoro. No noise were coming from the street into the apartment. Large wardrobes. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The location is excellent with a stunning view up the Douro river to the iron Bridge. We had a studio room with a balcony view facing the iron Bridge, and the rooftop terrace restaurant and bar has wonderful view over porto and Gaia. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly.

View from our room and the rooftop bar was amazing - one of the best in Porto. Loved the location - lots of interesting places within walking distance but out of the Riberia crowds. The spa was beautiful, well managed and a lovely place to relax. Lovely touches in the room.

Perfect stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Gorgeous lobby and dining/bar areas and the best view in Porto. Very relaxing and great location, easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
