we arrived, we found a place to leave our luggage, the owner is easily reachable by phone, after calling, the staff waved to us 100 meters away, where to go

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the main town, easy walking distance to everything. Private courtyard wonderful, just perfect. Apartment has everything you could need for a fabulous relaxing break. Would highly recommend, my partner is from Madeira and we visit his Mother every year and try to make a short break to Porto Santo in the middle of it, will definitely be booking Catavento again next year if available.

Catavento is a converted former shop or workshop on the main street. The living area, bathroom and kitchen are well and practically furnished. It is not an IKEA showroom, but of good quality and taste. This also applies to the outside area, which is visible from the outside. All information and photos of the landlord correspond to reality. Beach, supermarket and restaurants just a few steps away. We hardly noticed the traffic on the main road. However, the neighbouring house is being completely renovated and built, which could take a few more weeks.
