Loved the location, quiet and peaceful, log burner and a sauna was great, they owner was very help-full, nothing was to much trouble. Great place!

Communication from the owner was great from the time of booking, all advice for arrival, etc was very clearly communicated. We stayed at the 'Studio' which was spacious, the sofa/sofabed and the bed were comfortable, the bathroom and sauna were great (unfortunately after long drive didn't in the end manage to use the sauna!). Was excellent to have your own entrance to the accommodation and no 'wall neighbours' as we traveled with a pet. Location was great for us, the property is at a residential area so felt nice and cozy with some nice walks around as well. We will definitely stay here again when next driving to Lapland from southern Finland.

My stay in the single cottage was absolutely magic ! The host was very friendly and helpful, showed me how to use the sauna and took me to the airport for a very reasonable price. The wooden cottage was beautiful, comfortable, with a good matress, a kitchen, it was well heated and even had a sauna. There was quality coffee, tea and sugar too. There was a living room and also a spacious veranda with wooden furniture and windlights. Very romantic ! I took the first sauna of my life there, it was very relaxing ! The accommodation is in the forest where there are just a few other isolated houses nearby, so you feel like being in the wilderness ! The place was perfect for me, as I cannot drive a car, and there are quite frequent busses from Rovaniemi. It is less than 300 meters from the busstop. Ask the busdriver to drop you at the busstop BEFORE the little shop/gasstation, as they do not know (no sign on the street). You can take the bus from the center, (no need to go to the busstation) and pay on the bus. The last one was around 6. 30 P.M, took about 25 minutes. Bring food from Rovaniemi, as the small shop closes early. I enjoyed my salad, brown finnish bread with reindeer sausage and hot drinks on the terrace looking at the snow and the surrounding nature. It is very hard to find a single room, especially a reasonably prized one, outside of Rovaniemi. Finding one with a busstop so near is even harder, therefore I am extremely pleased for having found this heaven of peace ! Thanks very much, Dimitry !
