The pictures of this hotel in the ads made me little worried to be honest - but it is much better than the pictures suggest. We loved it at this hotel. It is just out of Vik, close enough for great food options but a little secluded. The rooms were large and comfortable and clean. We ran out of time to test the hot tub unfortunatley. Great beds. Breakfast was just lovely and fresh with plenty of options. could have sat there for half a day. We loved it here

Everything was absolutely amazing. All the staff was super helpful. My room was large, the hot tub was surprisingly amazing and relaxing after a long trip, great breakfast with a lot of selection.I will definitely come back in another opportunity to Iceland. Thank you for all the assistance.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms, clean and eco-friendly, excellent value for money, and the staff is very welcoming and nice. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant, as well as a generous breakfast buffet included in the price. We will definitely be staying again at Katla by KeaHotels the next time we’re in Iceland !

Breakfast was great. The staff even provide a to-go option if you need an early start. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The location is great for viewing the northern lights.

Lovely room and staff, we were upgraded to standard plus as we got engaged on this trip which was a lovely surprise! Dinner was delicious, though pricey at £80 for 2 mains and 2 drinks. Breakfast was included which was nice, a great buffet with plenty of choice!
