Location nice, but not actually in Vic where we thought it was. Staff friendly and nice. Room warm and cosy but no only 2 tv stations.

Good location not far from main road. Perfect for a one night stay when traveling by car. Lots of available rooms and parking spaces. Dinner and breakfast were good. The price for the accommodation was definitely worth it.

Great location, enough parking spaces, the girl at the reception was very welcoming and organised even it was very busy when we arrived, experience of aurora, great and well managed breakfast.

When we checked in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was large, but very old fashioned ..would be really nice if it was updated. This hotel is used by a lot of the coach companies..there were 4 coaches there when we were staying…but this was not a problem. The breakfast was very good. The only view we had from our room was the car park.

This was an absolutely great place for our group of three adults to stay! The view from on top of the hill was beautiful and the room was the most spacious of any we stayed in during our week in Iceland. The common areas were great for group activities like playing cards and the room had two great arm chairs in it perfect for reading and relaxing in front of the large glass windows that provided a broad view of the ocean. There were multiple entrances for the wing of the building we stayed in so parking and moving luggage was extremely easy, even when we arrived in gale force winds and rain. The location is perfect for driving in to the black sand beaches around Vik or the nearby lighthouse. This was probably our favorite place to stay out of our week long trip and we would gladly stay here again if we ever return. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! Scrambled eggs, pancakes, pastries, bacon, fruits, and much more were well stocked and the staff was very helpful even with a full room of guests. Really couldn't recommend enough!

Very near to the renisfjara and dyrholay. Good outlook from the hill. Large hotel, big dining and breakfast area. Ample parking space. Rooms were heated, and bathroom floor was heated. Overall a very comfortable stay. Had the buffet. Wouldnt rate it as the best in town, but very decent food. Buffet had arctic char, smoked fish, lamb with choice of sauce, corn, fried rice and desserts such as mousse and cakes.
