Good location close to the train station and the city centre. The reception staff were very friendly. Whilst quite a basic set up the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The Staff was amazing with us. The location is perfect for watching the Xmas lights. The rooms are big and comfortable, with amazing beds. Clean and well kept. We were surprised by the overall feel of the hotel.

Amazing hotel.Very clean,comfortable bed and very central.Definitely should be more than a 2 star.I have stayed at hotels with more stars than this and have to say that if you stay here you will not be disappointed.Value for money and very friendly staff.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. We received an upgrade & the room was fabulous. Receptionists & staff were so welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was lovely. It is very central. Highly recommend this hotel for a holiday or break away.
