From the time of booking till our check-out, the staff are so helpful and responsive. The hotel accomodated all my requests and even let me pay at the property when my card won't charge on the due date. We traveled with my mother who is a senior and the receptionist conveniently gave us a room at the ground level facing the courtyard parking so she won't need to take the stairs. The set breakfast has limited choices but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The price is a value for money considering its location which is right at the center of activities. Everything is just within walking distance. We visited just a few days after Christmas and the streets are literally crowded with tourists even late at night. But once inside the hotel, its quite and comfortable.

What i like was the location of the hotel and aside from that, i love the ambiance of the room. The ceiling has designs. The AC is good. Its like you are living in the olden times where wood floors are creaking. Staff at the reception are friendly and courteous..

Great location in the centre of the old colonial city of Vigan. A beautiful 18th Century mansion in perfect condition. Friendly staff. An excellent breakfast.

Hotel in an old Spanish colonial house with an excellent location. Rooms were beautifully decorated and there were several breakfast choices including some local options. The hotel staff was super helpful with our car parking and the check-in process.

The location is perfect, near Heritage Street, the staff is approachable and friendly, and the hotel has a Spanish character. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.
