The manager was great as was the entire staff. The manager helped me with all of my needs from directions, recommendations, getting my clothes washed... He, and the entire staff, exceeded my expectations. Will return to this hotel very soon. Greet locations just steps from the Mekong River. Highly recommend.

We had very pleasant and comfortable stay here. Rooms are well equipped and furnished with nice lighting for a change. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything. We enjoyed the familiar athmosphere, the quiet location near the river where you can look over to the shore of Thailand and a fresh breakfast near the pool.

Our Superior Double room was comfortable if a little compact. We had a good bed, great shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, wardrobe & tea & coffee making facilities. Our booking included breakfast which was good. The hotel has a compact swimming pool and the staff were helpful arranging left luggage and a taxi to the airport. The location is close to the river and the evening eating and drinking spots that pop up there. We were able (over a couple of days) to walk to everything we wanted to see. Hire scooters available.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, there was even a robe available. The shower was great and shampoo, shower gel was provided, also a hairdryer. Generally I think it was a good stay there.

Lovely modern rooms, with gorgeous bathrooms. Best hotel room I’ve stayed in in Laos. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location - ten minute drive from the airport. Would definitely recommend. Brilliant value for money.
