Everything is excellent the rooms the bed & pillows,the staff ,great choice of a la cart breakfasts we had 4 nights & returned for 1 other night the lady manager upgraded our room to a suit There is a good restaurant great service, and they have an amazing wine bar , Steve UK

Great location on the river, close to some bars and restaurants. One of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in! Good room service up to 9 pm....would have been nice if this was a little later!

A great place to use as a base for visiting Vientiane. Well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great roof-top restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. 10-minut walk to the night market and short taxi ride to the sights of Vientiane. Recommend a room a river view and balcony.

Well-appointed rooms. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, with a lovely view of the Mekong, especially at sunset. Helpful and attentive staff. 12-minute walk to the Night Market. Good selection of outdoor restaurants nearby serving fresh seafood.

Great location with super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. We had a room at the back and it was very quiet indeed. My only point would be that they do not serve glasses of wine. For a hotel that prides itself on high quality wines, it seems strange that they do not have a house wine by the glass. Even more strange that we were given a glass of rose on arrival as a welcome drink. If they sort this out, and you like a glass of wine, then we would highly recommend. If you don’t like wine, we highly recommend.

A lovely hotel located close to the river and in walking distance of cafes. Staff were very helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was very welcome! We ate there too - on the rooftop restaurant - great views and lovely breeze. We were well looked after. Only there one night - should have stayed longer.
