Excellent location. Green oasis in the middle of the city with swimming pool, trees and pond. Nice sitting area near swimming pool and on balcony. Good breakfast buffet. Receptionist explained how we can use the InDrive app to get a cheap transport to the railway station. Close to city center and restaurants.

Breakfast was exceptional. As coffee lovers the coffee was very good. The hotel felt very calming after returning from being a tourist. Staff were the best. The swimming pool was very good.

Positive points: - Breakfast - Dinner - Pool - Room The staff and certainly Sarah was very helpful and charming. She helped me to call for taxis when moving around Vientiane. The garden of the hotel and the frogs although sometimes a bit loud :) were an extra.

The hotel was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. Loved the view from the restaurant to the garden. The breakfast was great too. Staff attentive and polite.

The location was great. We walked to all main attractions that we wanted to see or you could tuk-tuk in 5 minutes or so We had a very friendly welcome and all of the staff were very friendly. Mong was absolutely brilliant in advising us and dealing with our requests. The mango and passion-fruit smoothie was amazing The breakfast was superb. Best we’ve had in the last year anywhere. You can pick a ‘main’ and then help yourself to the fruit, savoury and pastry buffet. The bed was very comfortable and there was always space around the pool.
