The location was fabulous. It meant we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit and were minutes away from some beautiful architure. It was also the easiest check in and check out I have ever done.

The hotel rooms are very good, clean, everything is available. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Coffee and tea are available in the room.

The room was big enough,the location was PERFECT just next to the Hofburg palace and walking distance to everything.The breakfast is served in a nice cafe near there and was delicious.

Great location, nice room, clean and serviced daily. Funny layout, on the second floor of a very large building with other businesses on the other floors. So basically a small reception with rooms and nothing else. So if you like to eat and relax at a bar all in the same place this definitely isn’t for you. Can’t fault the room or staff.

Excellent location with great views. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The reception was not 24/7 but attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

the hotel room is very nice design lightings and lots of powerpoints. Lift available. The rooms with 3 beds are quite tight but perfect for close friends group travel. Room is cleaned and new towels everyday so lovely. Staffs are so helpful when we ask for the microwave.
