Very friendly and helpfull staff, the room is big and clean. Good location in a very peacfull area of Vienna and a big plus that the tram and bus station are in front of the hotel.

Location was great near the train stop, like a ~10 minute walk, tram station opposite of entrance, and it takes some ~20 minutes to Wien Hbf. Also automated check in so as we were arriving late it was easy to get in. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a vending machine in the hotel so you can get some snacks/drinks for around 2.5 euro.

The rooms are very quiet. The staff is friendly and smiling and they have everything necessary to survive (beer on tap). The garage also meant a lot to me. The public transport stop is in front of the hotel.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. Easy to check-in and there wasn’t a need for key everything was digital with passwords. I didn’t have to worry about losing any keys.
