Hotel was beautiful and fairly new. Staff were very helpful and always courteous. Gym and leisure area was beautiful. Bar and cafe onsite were helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, artistic and well-located. We checked in very late (circa 11:30pm) as our connecting flight back to London had been cancelled last minute. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us complimentary drinks; the bar staff even served us well after the bar had closed in the early morning. The room, although a touch compact for its price point, was well-distributed, well-designed and well-equipped. The retractable TV stand was a nice touch, and the fact that you could access proper entertainment channels and subscription services like Netflix just added to the comfort (especially as this isn't the norm with hotels, who like to be very particular about what can and can't be plugged into/watched on their televisions). The hotel also boasts a very progressive plant-forward menu in both its cafe and restaurant, which was very much appreciated as it meant that both meat and plant-eaters were comfortably catered for. The spa is also nice, the pool and saunas look and feel therapeutic and don't seem to be often busy (we had the whole spa to ourselves for around 40 minutes when we went, which was lovely).

-Great location - Warm welcome & they gave us an upgrade in the room which was a nice touch - Concierge service - Friendlt & helpful staff We stayed at Junior Suite. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and shower felt like spa. Air condition functionned perfectly, the room had smart control system. Minibar, Coffee machine etc were nice to have. Having open buffet and a la carte options for breakfast was good The hotel was 10min walking distance form Mitte station which as direct metro Sbah or Cat to AirPort.
