Everything was excellent from arrival till departure. Nice clean modern hotel with, a comfy bed, and friendly staff right next to the main train station and easy access to Europe.

Nice hotel, near the Central Train Station. 15 min from Airport. Spacious room, comfortable with children because of indoor playground.

It's in a very nice location, exactly outside the train station. There is a variety of food and shops around. The spa was incredible, as was the view and the cleanliness of the room.

Novotel is place med on heart of Vienna central station. Most convenient location to stay to shop to explore. I would highly recommend to choose Novotel while traveling alone or with family. Breakfast was amzing and the Bar.. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel, right next to the train station. The food at the restaurant is very good, very diverse and delicious breakfast. Clean room, very quiet. The cleaning ladies were very nice.
