“The stay was perfect”

The property was perfect. We asked to change the room for 2 separated beds and got the upgrade. The host was very friendly and showed us city map and where Xmas markets are located. The apartment was very cozy, warm, we have everything we needed. We liked the property so much that we didn’t even want to go out.

Great location, nice, clean and well equipped rooms for a family. Excellent customer service! The lady at the reception was very helfpul, she arranged the parking for all of us for the whole duration which made things lot easier. And the cherry on top, I've left some things in the room and they sent them back to me via post almost immediately, free of charge. Absolutely recommended!

I arrived really early in the morning, and knew I would have to wait till 2 p.m., as arranged, but the hosts were so kind as to let me leave my luggage. The check-in later was fast and uncomplicated.

The lady at the reception was very kind. She tells me some museums according to my taste, then I visit House of Music and Collection of Historic Musical Instruments. Location is easy to reach Doebling and Grinzing and Heiligenstadt. Those places are suitable for walk and eating. Also Schoenbrunn and central city is easy to access. Apartment has a good atmosphere and room is clean and kitchen is prepared. It’s nice.

Susan was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make my stay and time in Vienna comfortable and memorable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was definitely worth having the kitchen as I felt at home and could make my own meals when needed.

I was doing self catering.Lots of shops near by.The lady in reception was very helpful,told me of a good place to eat ,just a few yards away.She also booked me a taxi to get me to airport
