Facilities were very good,bed was really comfortable and spacious. Location was superb as it was 7min walk from city hall and 25mins walk from city center. Staff was perfect,special credits to Barak the restaurant supervisor who was on the spot (with his professionalism and his friendly spirit)to serve us breakfast and dinner. The room was getting cleaned and topped up daily.

Excellent selection and very tasty food for breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. Our room was very quiet, facing inwards to the hotel's courtyard. The room was very clean, had plenty of bathroom amenities and a wonderful walk-in shower. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from many historical venues as well as the largest Xmas market. there is a supermarket across the road and several excellent restaurants and cafe's close by. The underground is a 4 minute walk. We experienced an awesome stay at Levante and recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Vienna
