The apartment had everything we were looking for, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a big bathroom with huge bathtub/shower and a smaller wc room. The bedroom was nice and cozy and for families they also provide a cot. There are various tram lines just below the apartment that let you go anywhere easily, as well as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and the insonorization was great. We really enjoyed the overall vibe.

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The living room with TV area were great and we enjoyed it every day after a full day sightseeing. The heating works very well and provides great comfort when is very cold. Quite and renovated building with tram at the door. Very easy to get around, 20' walk to the city.

Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Location is great, tram station right in front of the building. Parking is right across the street and it was among the cheapest we found in Vienna (8€ for 24h at the time of our stay). There is a supermarket at the corner (few buildings away) and a bakery across the street. There is a huge, beautiful park behind the building (Augarten).

Nice location, clean and well equipped. For example it had a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The cutlery and crockery were of a high standard. Sufficient storage space.

Location, whilst outside of the very centre, was right near the tram line making it accessible. Facilities were generally good.

clean. excellent location. right next to the accommodation there are two tram lines, parking that costs only 7 euros for 24 hours and a supermarket. the metro station is also close. all recommendations
