Location next to Schonbrunn Palace and we were able to use public transport for getting around Vienna.

Good location of the hotel when you plan to stay out of city and avoid traffic jam. Room was clean and warm, parking was free with comfortable access. Pictures on booking.com are more attractive than in reality.

Staff were extremely helpful. Checked in early and they placed our bags in our room once it was ready. The night staff happily provided wine glasses so that we could enjoy a bottle of wine we'd bought on the veranda. The location is perfect for exploring Vienna. Within walking distance to the underground station and Schonbrunn Palace.

All the staff was very friendly and most were helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Location was very good, just a short bus/scooter/bike ride to downtown. They also had free charging for ev & free parking.
