Having hot water available on each floor for making tea or coffee was a nice feature. the hotel has good buffet breakfast. Despite the renovation work, we were not disturbed — there was not much noise.

Everything was perfect 👌.. The room is spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Checking in and out was super fast and the staff was very helpful.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, although very hot to start with. Staff welcomed me even though I didn’t arrive until around 3am. It was hard to find the entrance with all the scaffolding around but it was very close to the station.

Impossible to take a nap during the day with construction on going , no water in hotel as a welcome drink location pretty good, elevator falling apart, i stayed one day only in vienna for layover, overall not the best hotel 100%

The location is very convenient, literally a three-minute walk from the train station Hauptbahnhof and Ubahn (underground). I only spent one night there by myself and felt quite safe in the area, even safer knowing that there would be someone at the reception at night as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, they explained everything in a perfect English: I don't speak German so I was afraid of communication issues, and yet it was a success! The room was rather big and would have definitely been comfortable even for two people and for a longer stay. It was clean, had all the comforts described on the website and even came with an extra set of sealed pillows and duvet for colder nights. Finally, the reception provided luggage storage so I was able to leave my suitcase there for a couple hours after I checked out, which was extremely helpful. All in all, next time I'm visiting Vienna I'm definitely staying here again.

We stayed here for a two-day New Year's Eve trip, and this location fully met our needs. Our room was ready upon arrival and was very clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We were also offered the option to store our luggage for the entire day. The hotel is located very close to the main train station and just a few minutes from a metro station, in a quiet district.

Perfect price and location for a stopover. We came in after 22h on the train and had another train to catch after breakfast the next morning. Quick walk to the station, reception was easy, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, shower had fluffy towels and lots of water pressure. If you want to see the city a bit more or spend more time in the room, maybe you'd spend more on something more central or upscale, but for the price and the facilities we needed it was perfect. I will stay again next time I transit through Vienna.
